Cancellation policy
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (Deos Co.)
At Deos Co., we understand that plans can change, and we aim to make your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@deosco.com with your order number. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Preorder Cancellations
Preorders may be cancelled anytime before they ship. After shipment, our standard Return & Exchange Policy applies.
Subscription Cancellations (if applicable)
Customers may cancel or modify their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
All subscription charges that have already been processed are non-refundable, but future renewals can be cancelled before billing.
Hygiene Product Policy
Because our products are personal-care and hygiene items, we cannot cancel or refund orders after they have shipped, except in cases of damage, incorrect items, or defects.
